Eibhlin Johnston
Eibhlin is an international Speaker, Author, Coach and Trainer. In 2019, She launched The Resiliency Hub, a transformational practice dedicated to change. After 30 years in the financial services industry, she decided to pursue her passion – people, business, change and transformation. Looking back on her career she started to notice more and more stress in the workplace. In September 2018, she embarked on a plan to seek out leaders in training and coaching from all over the world. Through these conversations, she started to see that there was an easier and better way to work and live without all of the thinking. She explored leadership and coaching styles with international trainers and coaches to gain a better understanding of the way we think and behave. She brings this understanding to her practice.
Over the past four years, Eibhlin has launched a range of powerful and impactful transformative programmes that are designed to disrupt the way we think, coach and work. She has 18 years’ coaching experience across a broad client base and delivers training on a range of topics, including Leadership, Communication, Multigenerational Workforce, Resilience, Executive Presence and Strategic Change Initiatives. Her dynamic Coaching Programme, the Busymind Reprogramme is designed to shift the mindset from “Busy” to “Productive”.
She published her first book, Gut Throat Leadership in September 2019 (Revised in 2021). The book is an exploration of leadership and the way we think and lead.
In 2022, after almost 300 hours of training, she completed her certification as a Transformational Breath Coach to complement her coaching practice. Eibhlin often uses the Three Principles, also known as the inside-out understanding, in her coaching practice with her clients. Using the unique combination of this coaching style and Transformational Breath, Eibhlin is seeing deep long-lasting results with her clients; particularly in the area of stress management.
