The Busy Mind ReProgramme
A Programme designed to unblock the Busy Mind
The biggest mistake that busy executives make is that they think that they can make things better without support or, that they believe that they need to spend more time to get results.
The BusyMind ReProgramme helps busy [time poor] people, business leaders or executives become more productive. The Programme is designed to show busy executives the key to effortless productivity by eliminating procrastination; resulting in more time, less stress, better relationships and effortless success in every part of their professional and personal lives.
Do you constantly feel:
As if you have no time.
Overworked
Exhausted
Too busy
That your work life is impacting your personal time
As if you are losing control and never getting on top of things.
Do you want to feel:
That there is balance in your life
Productive
That you have Peace of Mind
Free from the need to control.
Successful without the feeling of Overwhelm.
How it works
A three-hour workshop, for groups or individuals, that focuses on productivity and results. The workshop can be combined with Transformational Coaching sessions that are specifically focussed on immersing the training into a new work style (the Busy Mind ReProgramme). Additional Option of including Transformational Breathwork into the programme to achieve effortless success and results.
“Busy” has lost the run of itself and is now one of the most overused words in the English language. Busy is a feeling, an excuse, boredom, sadness, lethargy, over-whelmed, uncertainty, confusion, a misunderstanding, a lack of communication and often an avoidance technique. The Busy Mind programme is designed for executives who are looking to change their approach to being busy. The programme focuses on productivity and explores ways we can become more productive and less busy. The initial workshop focuses on our thinking styles around being busy and shows us how to switch our focus on the results we are producing and not all the things we think we must do to produce them. During the initial workshop we explore how much of every day is not productive. We look at the difference between tracking activity instead of results. By combining the workshop with Transformational Coaching, participants become the master of their time and explore time-consuming activities that they need to let go of.
Strategy
Facilitation
Strategy Facilitation
The key to successful strategy facilitation is Senior Management buy-in. Eibhlin has over 10 years delivering Strategy Workshops and Initiatives in Global Organisations. Each Strategy Workshop is unique and tailored to your organisation.
How do we do it ?
Scoping Stage
During the Scoping Stage, Eibhlin spends time with you, the client, and the impacted stakeholders to understand the current gaps in the organisation of a team, department or company.
Development Stage
Following the scoping stage, Eibhlin then creates a bespoke Strategy Workshop outline for review and discussion. The strategy workshop includes many of the Leadership models live in action.
Delivery Stage
Once the workshop content has been agreed with the relevant stakeholders, Eibhlin delivers the dynamic workshop in virtual format or onsite.
The
Multigenerational
Workplace
The Multigenerational Workplace
Today’s workforce can include members from five different generations. When we fundamentally can’t relate to someone because they are so much younger or older than ourselves, it’s hard to see things from their perspective. We often resort to using stereotypes and blame solvable problems on one another instead of working to understand the differences that distance us, resulting in staff resignation and the silent resignation.
To realise the benefits and power of a generationally diverse workforce, we need to learn how to collaborate and appreciate our unique preferences, habits, and behaviours. Eibhlin runs workshops and talks to support leaders and their employees in the multigenerational workplace. The workshops can be tailored to your organisations’ needs and include topics such as:
What do we mean by Multigenerational Workplace?
How to communicate across the generations
Listening skills
Navigating the Values of your organisation through a multigenerational lens
Inclusion and Unconscious Bias
Leading in a multigenerational workplace using a coaching approach
